Skin Tag

It is a very common benign skin lesion that presents as a single or multiple soft skin-colored to slightly hyperpigmented pedunculated papule or nodule predominantly located on the neck, in the axilla and groin. Usually it is asymptomatic, but it can be painful and change slightly in color after a trauma. Skin tags may resemble nevi, seborrheic keratoses and, less commonly, a neurofibroma.
